Merchant and Supplier Responsibilities

Merchants and suppliers are responsible for order fulfilment, delivery, returns, warranties, and payment handling. Outcomes can vary depending on the merchant, supplier, product, location, and the specific request you make.

User Responsibilities

When you submit a request through our site, you agree to provide accurate information. You also acknowledge that any commercial agreement is between you and the merchant or supplier.
